PAC LEADERS FORESAW THE LEADING LIGHT OF GHANA FIVE DECADES AGO!

The Ghananian national soccer team have done Africans proud at the 2010 FIFA World Cup and proved once again that Ghana continues to be the beacon of hope that must inspire all Africans to overcome economic plunder, exploitation, poverty, underdevelopment and achieve continental unity.

It is unfortunate that the Black stars of Ghana have been denied an opportunity to proceed to the quarter final after a Uruguay player, Luis Suarez, pushed out the ball which was a definite goal with his hands, from the goal line. The Black stars were such a formidable side that the Uruguay national team had to play with two goal keepers! Even the FIFA World Cup favourite to lift the trophy, Germany, beat Ghana only 1 – 0 but hammered the equally favourite side of the tournament, Argentina, 4 – 0.

Credit must go to the foresighted founding fathers of the Pan Africanist Congress such as Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe, Zeph Mothopeng and others for having long regarded Ghana as the light of the continent and a source of inspiration as symbolised in the PAC’s flag which has a star shining from Ghana and spreading its rays throughout the rest of the continent.

Only if Morning Live can show the logo of the PAC for its viewers to see. But I know that will not happen because the SABC is ideological and tendentious. If it were the ANC that had foresight the SABC could have long brought that to the attention of its viewers and listeners. The problem is that SABC leaders who are political appointees must return the favour to the governing party by currying favour with the ANC and to treat the PAC as a polecat.

Morning Live may not read this message but there are other media outlets with no axe to grind. Finally, Leanne Manas and Vuyo Mbuli will have known the truth about the foresightedness of the founding fathers of the PAC.

  1. larry asks if the pac is still alive. that’s a strange and illogical question because the web magazine in which larry asked that weird question belongs to the pan africanist youth congress, the youth formation of the pac. payco can’t exist when its mother body is non-existed. that’s common sense. by the way common sense is no longer common nowadays. larry just signs as larry without a surname. he conceals his identity because he knows that the question he asked displayed his buffoonery and illogicality. he hides under the veil of anonymity because he has written twak. the slogan one settler, one bullet was coined during the armed struggle and we all know that war is ugly. the slogan war our war cry and we are not going to justify it to ignoramuses such as larry or anybody else for that matter. the pac has formally dropped that slogan but that means nothing to the likes of larry. larry should just go to blazes or go and hang himself.

  2. i respect people who read my articles. i once wrote the the ian smith regime and the british killed former zanu leader herbert chitepo. there is information that has come to light which point fingers at josiah tongongara, rugare gumbo, henry hamadziripi, kumburai kangai and mukedzei mudzi as the ones responsible for the death of chitepo and chitepo’s wife, victoria chitepo believes that it was her husband’s comrades in zanu who were responsible for her husband’s death. what’s surprising is that the government of robert mugabe hasn’t taken action against the killers of chitepo who are still alive. as some readers might remember, four years after the death of chitepo, tongongara was also killed by a car bomb just like chitepo. we are focused on the quest for truth. we will not protect errant individuals because they are our allies. the same way we are forthright about the so-called Mandela Day. he has been honoured too much as if he was more important than all those who contributed in our struggle for liberation.

  3. credit must be given to where it is due,pac played an important role in the liberation struggle but our hero’s are given enough credit, our african youth are brainwashed into thinking that ANC was the only organisation in the struggle, and that mandela is greater than the struggle for liberation. to larry just wish you are not a pac member, because if you are! you are an disgrace to pac cader’s.
